Economic Sustainability
At Second to None NZ, we are always ensuring there is room for economic growth in the business. We aim to keep our prices low enough to meet the industry, but firm and sustainable enough to ensure there is a profit and we can keep proving New Zealand with quality stock which might usually be hard to find,
Environmental Impact
We are always trying to reduce our carbon footprint and environmental waste, so we have two main objectives.
1: Donate 1% of each profit to TreesThatCount NZ, a local charity committed to planting trees in New Zealand.
2: Using only environmentally sustainable packaging when shipping through NZ Post, keeping our shoes protected, whilst protecting the environment as much as we can.
3: Continuing to sell used shoes, showing the power of reusability by repolishing used shoes we purchase and giving them a new home so they can sustain a much longer lifespan.
Social Responsibility:
We always interact with our community as much as we can. We aim to be active on Instagram every day, letting our fanbase know about price drops, deals and the occasional giveaway. By doing this, we can ensure we have a fanbase who is always engaged and aim to drive more sales through our social media.
On top of this, we are fully transparent with our shoe condition, and authenticity. All shoes are 100% Authentic, and we do not condemn the sale of Fake Shoes.
Cultural Responsibility:
Our end goal is to be big enough to sponsor local creators and implement custom cultural sneaker designs.
However for now, we display as much cultural responsibility as we can by implementing a diverse workforce, with a team that brings a range of skills from their different ethnic backgrounds. As of now, we are 3 for 3 in different nationalities inside our team.
